Meetings
Auckland in-person meetings are held every Tuesday and every second Thursday evening. A Sufi Universal Worship Service is held every second Sunday morning. Online meetings alternate between Monday evening one week, with Tuesday and Thursday evenings the next week. Northland meetings are held on Wednesday afternoons. Newcomers are welcome to attend any service or meeting. (Zoom access to Tuesday meetings is for members only). Please contact secretary@gnosticsociety.co.nz for details.

Monday Night Meeting
8:00 pm - 9:00 pm every second Monday evening (online only)
Meetings begin with a reading from and discussion of one of Abdullah’s works, followed by queries from members, either of a general nature or directly related to their inner work

Tuesday Night Meeting

Every second meeting is also online.
Tuesday meetings have an emphasis on psychological work as taught by G.I. Gurdjieff and expanded by Abdullah. Each week a member reports on progress and experience in their own work. This is followed by general questions and a reading from and discussion of one of Abdullah’s books. All welcome in-person.

Thursday Night Sufi meetings
7:30 pm – 8:30 pm alternating Thursday evenings
Weekly Sufi meetings alternate between online discussion of Hazrat Inayat Khan's lectures (attendees are requested to read and ponder the text in advance of the meeting) and an in-person meeting in which the writings of another spiritual teacher are read and discussed.

Sunday Sufi Universal Worship Service

Universal Worship, the prayer and meditation service of Hazrat Inayat Khan, acknowledges the unity of all spiritual teachings with readings on a chosen topic from Hindu, Buddhist, Zoroastrian, Hebrew, Christian, and Islamic texts, and Hazrat Inayat Khan’s Gayan. The topic is also illustrated with teaching stories. The service and stories are intended to be suitable for families including children.
