Meetings
Auckland in-person meetings are held every Tuesday and every second Thursday evening. A Sufi Universal Worship Service is held every second Sunday morning. Online meetings alternate between Monday evening one week, Thursday evening the next. Northland meetings are held on Wednesday afternoons. Newcomers are welcome to attend any service or meeting (except Monday). Please contact secretary@gnosticsociety.co.nz for details.
Tuesday Night Meeting
7:30 pm - 8:45 pm every Tuesday evening (in-person). Meeting room, 55 Tramway Rd, Beach Haven, Auckland 0626
Tuesday meetings have an emphasis on psychological work as taught by G.I. Gurdjieff and expanded by Abdullah. Each week a member reports on progress and experience in their own work. This is followed by general questions and a reading from and discussion of one of Abdullah’s books.

Monday Night Meeting

Sufi meetings
7:30 pm – 8:30 pm alternating Thursday evenings
Meetings focus on the study of a spiritual text, alternating each week between an online format in which the teaching of Hazrat Inayat Khan is discussed, and an in-person meeting studying the works of another spiritual teacher.

Universal Worship, the prayer and meditation service of Hazrat Inayat Khan, acknowledges the unity of all spiritual teachings with readings on a chosen topic from Hindu, Buddhist, Zoroastrian, Hebrew, Christian, and Islamic texts, and Hazrat Inayat Khan’s Gayan. The topic is also illustrated with teaching stories. The service and stories are intended to be suitable for families including children.
